The dress code for all conference sessions and functions is business casual.
WIFI
Complimentary WIFI is available for all delegates in the conference areas.
Parking
The Civic Carpark, corner Greys Ave and Mayoral Drive, is situated right under Aotea Square. For information on parking rates, visit the Civic Carpark website.

Programme
The programme is subject to change and the organising committee reserves the right to make modifications at any time.
Photography and videography
Photography and videography will take place throughout The Point 2024 and may be used for promotional purposes by the conference organisers. By attending this conference, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or videoed during the event.
Transfer of Registrations
If you are no longer able to attend, you can nominate another person to attend in your place as long as you advise us in advance of the conference. Please ensure you have details of the replacement person on hand, including: first name, last name, email address, phone number, emergency contact and any special/dietary and accessibility requirements. Any registration transfers must be made in writing to the Events Team: [email protected]
Cancellations and Refunds
Any cancellations must be made in writing to the Events Team: [email protected]
If notification of cancellation of registration is received in writing prior to 5.00pm Friday 18 October 2024, you will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.00 + GST. Any cancellations after 5.00pm Friday 18 October 2024 are liable for the cost of the full registration price.
Changes to Content, Postponement & Event Cancellation
Payments NZ reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the date of the event in case of government imposed restrictions or circumstances beyond their control. In such case all monies paid to date will be refunded in full less any expenses incurred. The liability of the organiser will be limited to that amount.
We may alter the times and content of this event without notice to you at any time. While we are sorry if this causes inconvenience, we will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such changes.
Insurance
It is the responsibility of all delegates to organise any personal, medical and travel insurance. Payments NZ, and all venues/suppliers working with Payments NZ on the conference and associated events, hold no liability.
